You must be an authorized representative of the organization you create a profile for, and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free plan: 8 AI generations/month, no cost.
• Pro plan: $10/month, 100 AI generations/month, billed [CONFIRM: monthly or annually] via [PAYMENT PROCESSOR].

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use GrantVox for any unlawful purpose; knowingly submit false or misleading information to funders using GrantVox-generated content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; or use the Service for purposes unrelated to legitimate grant-seeking activity.

5. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

GrantVox uses AI to generate draft grant proposal content based on your organization’s profile and the funder’s stated requirements. Drafts are a starting point, not a finished, verified submission. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing every draft before submitting it to any funder — including verifying that all facts, figures, and claims about your organization are accurate. GrantVox is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content or for the outcome of any grant application.

6. Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the organization information and funder documents you input, and you own the drafts GrantVox generates for you. You grant GrantVox a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider(s) for generation (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Our Intellectual Property

GrantVox retains all rights to the Service itself (software, design, branding). These Terms don’t grant you rights to GrantVox’s underlying technology beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

GrantVox’s Grants.gov search surfaces publicly available federal funding opportunity data; we don’t control or guarantee the accuracy or availability of that third-party data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that any grant application will be funded, or that AI-generated content will be error-free. [CONFIRM standard warranty disclaimer language with counsel.]

10. Limitation of Liability
